Monte A. "Zbo" Zehender

A memorial service will be held at a later date for Mr. Monte A. "Zbo" Zehender, age 43, of Petal who passed from this life on February 14, 2024 in Lumberton. Mr. Zehender attended Laurel First Church of the Nazarene. He was in the Army National Guard for over five years. He worked at Hub Lanes Bowling Alley for many years. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Allen Zehender. He is survived by his mother, Dawn (Phillip Wayne) Williams of Laurel; fiance, Jean Hollingsworth of Petal; sister, Jessica Lynn Zehender of Sumrall; step sisters, Stacy (Kenny) Putman of Florence, AL and Georgetta Williams of Laurel; step brother, Phillip Wayne Williams, Jr. of Petal; niece, Diamond Lynn Garrett of Sumrall; nephews, Alyxander Nikolas (Haleigh) Colson and Dylan Lee (Savannah) Garrett, both of Sumrall; and a number of other nieces and nephews.
